Shipping Your Package

Packages are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received. They are sent via Purolator with a tracking number and are delivered without requiring a signature. We provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one. Special attention is given to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are well-protected.

Return and Refund Policy

Aux petits moteurs du Québec will not approve your merchandise return unless the following conditions are met:

Products must be returned within 15 days or less from the delivery date, as indicated on the invoice.

Electrical or electronic parts, as well as special orders, are non-returnable.

Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been destroyed will not be refunded or exchanged.

Specifically, a product with broken packaging during the return process will not be accepted by Aux petits moteurs du Québec. Returns due to a customer ordering error will be at the customer's expense. Additionally, for items returned under manufacturer warranty, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
